She thrives on building accessible structures to help people find what they are looking for and better understand their surroundings.

Emily brings extensive prior expertise as a Principal Architect at Sympraxis Consulting, applying her skills across diverse industries and catering to the unique needs of nonprofits, small businesses, and global organizations. Before joining Sympraxis, Emily fell in love with SharePoint Online while managing the Microsoft 365 strategy at a fast-growing global biotech. There she implemented and led the Steering Committee, formed to prioritize projects by business need while maintaining close alignment with the company culture. She developed productivity training to drive user adoption during the company’s 10x growth over 5 years. Emily has a deep understanding of what business owners need to implement intuitive and scalable solutions.
